The Michigan Electronic Library not only allows you to interloan materials, it also has a wealth of databases that are useful for students. Inside you will find many useful resources, including:

  • The School Center from Learning Express Library, which offers skills improvement in math, language arts and social studies.
  • The World Book Encyclopedia online–great for beginner’s reports.
  • PebbleGo, a fun site for the youngest kids to explore the world we live in.

Purdue OWL

The Purdue University Online Writing Lab (aka Purdue OWL) has an excellent citation generator. The site has lots of useful information about writing research papers, and is best for high school students.
