Yoga at the Library

Join teacher Abbie Hanson, owner of River Bend Yoga, for a night of yoga. Now is a great time to get back on track with your mental and physical health. Learn the basics of yoga, from breathing techniques to proper pose alignment.  This class is great for all levels.
