TEEN Nailed It!

Can you decorate a cupcake that measures up to the professionals?  Brandie Williams, owner of The Sugar Palace, will present us with a beautifully decorated cupcake. You will then have a shot at duplicating her design. (Supplies will be provided for you.) You can eat the cupcake when the contest is over. This program is for students in middle school and high school only.
