Friends of Ransom District Library News

Thanks to all who helped out and attended Dr. Seuss Night on Tuesday, March 4! Our annual celebration of childhood literacy and America’s favorite picture book author was once again a success.

Doing spring cleaning? Consider donating books, DVD's, etc. to the library for our sales. We use the funds from the sales to purchase books and sponsor programs for the library. Our next sale is May 17 from 10 a.m. to 3p.m.

We can always use volunteers and new members. If you have an hour or two that you could volunteer or would like to join us, please give Char a call at 269-685-6646.

Jan Ragainis, President of the Friends of Ransom Library

The Friends of the Library support the activities of the Ransom District Library by raising funds and assisting with Library programs. They hold bi-monthly book sales and also maintain an ongoing book sale inside the Library. The Friends are actively seeking new members-this is a great volunteer opportunity for retirees, stay-at-home moms, or anyone who loves the Library and wants to help! Call the Library at 269-685-8024 for more information about joining the Friends of the Library.
